Please join us for our next free, Family Fun Workshop which is Saturday, March 11 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our project is creating a “3D Collage on Wood” and we will supply the know how and the materials too. Participants will use felt, nails, wire, paint, markers, wood and other materials to assemble a unique sculpture or a distinctive artwork that you can also hang on your walls. This is an ideal activity for parents, caregivers, and children to collaborate on with lots of problem solving possibilities.
This is a free to the public activity, but registration is appreciated to ensure we have plenty of materials on hand. Registration is easy to do, please contact Delesha Thomas by email, dthomas@carnegiecenter.org or by phone, (812) 944-7336 to reserve a spot for your family and friends.
A parent or caregiver must accompany their child or children at all times while at the Carnegie Center. Please arrive by 11:30 AM to have enough time to complete this project. Our Family Fun Workshop takes place in the Carnegie Center’s lower level. Participants can enter through our Bank Street location and take either the steps or the elevator down to the workshop site. Thank you and we hope to see some of you on Saturday, March 11!
