Carnegie Center is Currently Closed | Hours

Family Fun Workshops are free to the public, however, pre-registration is appreciated. Age ranges of children are 2 to 12 years of age. A parent or guardian must accompany children.

Workshop hours are 10:00 am till 12:00 pm. We ask that families arrive by at least 11:30 to have enough time to do the activity. Typically, the Carnegie Center supplies all materials, but occasionally families are asked to bring an item.

We are so excited that 2017 and a new season of our free, Family Fun Workshop begins anew on Saturday, January 14! Alyson and Kyle have come up with many fun projects for the year. Starting with this one! Using simple materials which we will supply, you and your child or children can create a unique puppet from colorful socks, paper plates and more. Our teachers will be glad to show you how to make puppets of your own. Imagine the Muppet-style characters that can be created and the shows you and your children can produce from the comfort of your home theater!

The Carnegie Center for Art and History is looking forward to working with you and your children. Please contact us to register for this fun project. Happy New Year to us all!
