In celebration of the exhibition Biophilia Life; or, My Best Friend Has Four Legs and a Tail, bring friendly pets for a visit to the Carnegie. Four-legged friends are invited to see the exhibition, take pictures in the pet photo booth, and create a one-of-a-kind artwork. Uptown Art partners with the Carnegie to offer a “Paws-itive” art experience–turn paw prints into art! Admission is free. There is a $5 charge for the “Paws-itive” activity, and advance registration is required. A portion of the fee will go towards New Albany Floyd County Animal Control and Shelter. All other activities are free. This is a rare opportunity to bring your pet to an art museum and create a treasured keepsake. Questions or to register for the “Paws-itive” art activity, contact Delesha Thomas at 812-944-7336 or dthomas@carnegiecenter.org. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrying case.
